The Dulles Health and Rehab Center is a health care facility that provides outstanding services to all patients. I was a patient twice during the past six months and received excellent care from all services within the health care facility. I was immediately impressed with the director of the facility, who very efficiently managed all aspects of the facility with a very caring demeanor. The admission team was very proactive in providing the opportunity for me to be admitted to Dulles, and they ensured that the room and services not only met but exceeded my expectations. Social services were very proactive in ensuring that my discharge concerns were met, and they enabled a smooth transition from Dulles to home health care. Nursing was extremely proactive in ensuring that all my health care needs were met. They efficiently provided all needed medications and were proactive in assessing further health needs. Due to their proactive assessments, they provided very critical recommendations to the attending physician. The PT and OT services are outstanding in providing an individual assessment with a lot of therapy equipment. Finally, the attending physician provided critical medical care that prevented further medical issues.
