“I am a mom of three children, two boys and a daughter. I also have two beautiful granddaughters. I serve as one of the Unit Coordinators at Dulles Health & Rehab Center. It is with great pleasure to be one of the elected “Weekly Staff Spotlight members” of this facility. I am most grateful that my fellow colleagues and residents /staff members have selected me. I believe that when you work hard and are open to helping others it is a wonderful feeling with great purpose. I enjoy working with my team colleagues and I most enjoy assisting our fellow residents whenever I can be of assistance with their needs and continued care here at Dulles Health and Rehab center.
It will be 6 years that I have been employed at the rehab facility.
My position requires a lot of attention to detail, handling a heavy volume of requests both telephonically and verbally from residents, their family and staff members. This position is a very challenging position but, it also gives one a great a sense of accomplishment and purpose to know that I am part of the facilities mission in providing and exceptional service and great care to the fellow residents here at Dulles Health and Rehab. This facility is a place where you learn something new every day and where you can find a great sense of heartfelt gratitude and a purpose.
