When you join the Dulles Health & Rehab Center family, you’ll be inspired by colleagues who embody our mission of providing peace of mind to those we care about: residents, families, and employees. Our staff is dedicated to the care and recovery of our patients and residents. Whether you are here to settle in or looking for a speedy, complete rehabilitation, our expertise, training, and skills are at your service.

On behalf of Dulles Health & Rehab Center, we have the pleasure of introducing you to Monique Matthews, food services:

While working at Dulles Health & Rehab, I’ve seen how well my food services team knows the patients & residents. They know the preferences of food & drinks and have everything ready for service.

A good thing about working here is getting to work with my manager. She is great! She’s a real team player and very genuine. I know I can approach her with anything I want to talk about.

The company has been good to work for. When I was getting hired,  learning about the job, the opportunity to grow, the benefits, etc.- it was really encouraging.

Any advice for people thinking of applying would be to ask questions. There’s always an opportunity to learn.  Learn from your coworkers, who will support you.

At first, I was a little nervous/anxious about working at a healthcare facility these days but have seen how well equipped Dulles is at handling things. I’m glad to be a part of the team here.
