“I am originally from New York City and have been in the management position for years with the Homeless shelters. I moved out to Maryland back in 2013 for the quality of life and have enjoyed it since. Dulles Health & Rehab Center came my way due to COVID. I started working at Dulles in August 2020, and grateful for it.

The environment, residents, patients, and staff have been welcoming and supportive with my everyday tasks. Every day is a challenge, but I always leave work with a sense of accomplishment. Working at Dulles has been similar to the Homeless Shelters that I managed by being very family-oriented.

I always learn new things, especially from my peers. One of the things that I’ve learned is that there is always room for advancement in the healthcare field and at Dulles Health & Rehab Center. I am glad I came to work with the team here.”
