Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 3 patients have tested positive for COVID-19. These patients will be relocated to the Center’s designated “hot” area. We have initiated outbreak testing of all patients and staff. Visitation is temporarily suspended until the initial round of outbreak testing is completed.
