Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that a patient and a staff member have tested positive for COVID-19. The staff member will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met. The patient has been relocated to the “hot zone”. All close contacts of the positive staff member have been tested with negative results thus far. We will continue to monitor all patients very closely for signs and symptoms of the virus. Visitation remains available.
