Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that 3 patients and 3 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. All 3 patients have been relocated to the “hot unit”. Each of the staff members will remain at home until the CDC’s return to work criteria is met. Testing of close contacts has been conducted with no additional positive results. Visitation remains unchanged and is available.
