Dear Patients and Families:

I am writing to share news that two staff members have tested positive for COVID-19. Both individuals have been vaccinated and are not symptomatic. These employees will remain off from work until the CDC’s return to work criteria have been met.

Visitation will be temporarily suspended while an initial round of outbreak testing takes place. We will continue outbreak testing every 3-7 days for all patients and staff until the Center is 14 days without a positive test result.
