Herndon, VA- Dulles Health & Rehab Center, opened in 2016, is pleased to announce the partnership with Ceca Healthcare Partners.  Ceca provides a turnkey caregiver recognition solution to 20 hospitals, nursing, hospice and mental health partners, and underwrites most of the program costs. Employee recognition leads to improved patient care, reduced staff turnover, and program continuity – enabling healthcare communities to fulfill their medical and caregiving missions.

With this partnership, our employees & visitors are now able to recognize, celebrate and reward their peers for their excellent caregiving. Ceca Foundation’s peer-to-peer recognition program makes submitting frequent, meaningful recognition easy for co-workers, residents/patients, and guests.
