Through a partnership with the Ceca Foundation, employees and guest can recognize caregivers by nominating them through an online system. Each quarter, a committee will review the nominations and chooses an individual to be a Ceca Award winner. This individual is someone, “who best exemplifies qualities of empathy, humor, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork in treating patient residents”.  The winner receives, not only, recognition from their peers but also a $250 monetary prize.

Ayesha Suleman, Receptionist Spring 2019 Ceca Winner

This quarter’s award was given to our wonderful receptionist, Ayesha Suleman.  Not only is she helpful every day, but went above and beyond to make sure a patient’s transportation was arranged when the original trip was canceled.  She also made sure the patient got their wheelchair back.  She brightens up anyone she comes in to contact with and always is trying to help others!  Congrats and well deserved, Ayesha!
