The Associate of the Quarter program is designed to promote and reward outstanding performance by staff at Dulles Health & Rehab Center. The Leadership team seeks to recognize employees who exemplify excellence through their daily commitment to the facility. It is through the hard work and dedication of these staff members that make our success possible.

Our Administrator and HR Department will review the nominations submitted by peers, family members, and residents each quarter.  The nominees must be employed for 180 days and in good standing- no corrective actions in the last year- to be eligible for the award,

The Employee of the Quarter will receive a $100 cash award and a certificate of recognition presented by the Administrator and their Supervisor. In addition, a congratulatory letter will be given to the Employee from the CEO and/or COO of CCR.

As an additional recognition of merit, all qualified Employee of the Quarter winners will be entered into the nomination pool for the Associate of the Year Award.

Today, Dulles Health & Rehab Center is happy to announce the Associate of the Quarter- Spring 2021 is Zac Sims, Jr., Activities Assistant.

We recognize Zac because of his dedication to our center and improving the lives of our patients and residents. In addition, Zac is well known for his positive attitude, passion for working with our residents, his ability to entertain a crowd during activities, and outstanding customer service.

Heis also a Service Excellence Advocate due to his commitment to patient/resident satisfaction, a role model in customer service, and potential for future leadership, among other skills. Zac prides himself in helping those in need and making our residents smile.
